By accessing or using Little Movers ("the app", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. About the service

Little Movers is a free web app that offers daily activity ideas, meal guidance, milestone tracking, growth references, and care logs for babies from 0 to 24 months. It is provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial family use.

3. Not medical advice

Little Movers provides general play ideas, meal suggestions, and typical-range references only. It is not a medical device, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not replace advice from a qualified pediatrician or healthcare professional. Always consult your baby's pediatrician about feeding, growth, development, or any health concern.

4. Accounts and your data

Signing in uses Google for identity verification. Baby data you enter is stored securely with Cloudflare and is private to your account and any family members you explicitly invite to share. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for how shared invite links are used.

5. Acceptable use

• Use the app lawfully and only for its intended family purpose.
• Do not attempt to access other users' data or the admin areas without authorization.
• Do not misuse, overload, or interfere with the app or its infrastructure.

6. Intellectual property

The Little Movers name, design, content, and code are owned by the app's creator. You may use the app for your family but may not copy, resell, or redistribute it without permission.

7. Third-party services

The app uses third-party services such as Google sign-in and Cloudflare hosting. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. While we work to keep everything accurate and available, we do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Little Movers and its creator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Content is for general information and should be confirmed with your pediatrician.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent changes, and continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
